The power of decentralization

Those in power will always work to maintain control through censorship, propaganda and centralized market manipulation. In the past year, countless active communities have been removed or censored from the internet for not following the correct social agenda. Modern “cancel” culture has taken hold where a cascade effect of the hive-mind can quickly mute any controversial voices.

There are potentially thousands of examples of reddit censorship at this point, but perhaps one of the most well known is WallStreetBets. As you may or may not know, r/wallstreetbets was removed from reddit and banned as the community worked together to “short-squeeze” Wall Street. They played the exact game that the elite play, and were silenced for doing so. Decentralized Finance and Insurance solutions will play a large role in the future to protect basic human freedoms. 🍪
